Simeon Souttar

Simeon Souttar has extensive work experience in the field of data and project management. Simeon currently works as a Client Director at Hippo, where they help clients unlock the value of their data through cutting-edge technology and approaches. Prior to this role, Simeon worked at The Data Shed as a Director of Consulting and later as the Head of Delivery and Head of Consultancy Services. Simeon also held the position of Senior Project Manager at The Data Shed.

Before joining The Data Shed, Simeon worked at Leidos as a Senior Project Manager, delivering IT infrastructure and software development projects for customers in the UK. Simeon also worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Leidos.

Simeon's earlier work experience includes roles at IS&GS, Lockheed Martin, where they worked as a Project Manager, specializing in government systems and Microsoft technologies. Simeon also worked at the Metropolitan Police as an ICT Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, and as part of the IT Graduate Scheme.

Simeon Souttar completed their Executive Leadership Level 7 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and Management at the University of Leeds from 2021 to 2022. Simeon obtained a BA degree in Sociology with Criminology from Middlesex University, attending from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, Simeon attended De Aston School and Sixth Form from 2000 to 2006, though no degree or field of study was specified. In terms of additional certifications, Simeon earned the Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) from the Chartered Management Institute in 2023. Simeon also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2017, and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from APMG International in 2011. Additionally, Simeon completed the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training, also from APMG International, in 2011.
