Adi Ilan has the following work experience:

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, Adi attended Ariel University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, with a focus on Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Adi also obtained a certification in Coaching, Leading, and Managing by Values from the Global Future of Work Foundation (GFWF) in February 2020.
