Damian Gurtman

Damian Gurtman has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a QA Intern and Junior QA at indaHash. Damian then worked as a QA Lead from October 2016 to January 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Damian worked as a React Developer at Printu Sp. z o.o. In 2019, they joined Swing Development (SwingDev) as a Junior Project Manager and later became a Project Manager. From 2021 to 2023, Damian worked at Hippo Insurance, initially as an Engineering Project Manager and later as a Senior Engineering Project Manager. Damian'srole involved coordinating software development projects, conducting technical analysis, managing client relationships, risk and conflict management, and performing SCRUM project management ceremonies.

Damian Gurtman attended the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Technologie informatyczne. Unfortunately, their degree was interrupted, so it is unclear if they successfully completed the program. In June 2019, Damian obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
