Eli Zilbershtein

Eli Zilbershtein is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Currently serving as the Sr. Engineering Manager for DevOps & SRE at Hippo Insurance since March 2022, Eli manages production SaaS core infrastructure, focusing on operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Prior roles include DevOps Engineering Group Leader at Wix.com, where Eli oversaw infrastructure for over 300 million hosted websites, and Cloud Platform DevOps Team Leader at AppsFlyer, leading a team responsible for high-scale cloud architecture in a challenging AWS environment. Eli's previous experience includes significant leadership positions at Kaltura and RayV, as well as an early career in information security at Elbit Systems and software engineering in the IDF. Eli holds a BA in Computer Science and has furthered skills with AWS training.
