Michal Well has a solid work experience history that spans different industries. Michal began their career in 2007 as an Intelligence Researcher at the Israeli Military Intelligence, where they worked for two years.
In 2014, Well joined Matomy as a Senior Campaign Manager, responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns based on data analysis. Michal also served as a Senior Account Manager, where they handled strategic premium publisher accounts and optimized demand sources to meet KPIs.
From 2016 to 2022, Well worked at MyHeritage in various roles. Michal started as an Online Partnerships Manager, where they identified and recruited new partners and implemented initiatives to enhance productivity and increase ROI. Later on, they became the Head of Partnerships & Influencer Marketing, leading the Partnerships team and managing direct online partnerships, the company's affiliate program, and influencer activities.
In 2022, Well transitioned to Hippo Insurance as a Growth Marketing Manager.
Michal Well obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economy and Psychology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010 to 2013.
