Sejal Rajagopalan

Sejal Rajagopalan currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Hippocratic AI since October 2025. With a robust background in human resources, Sejal held the position of Senior Vice President, People at SmithRx from May 2021 to April 2025 and served as Director of Human Resources at C3 from April 2019 to May 2021. Previous roles include VP of Human Resources at endpoint Clinical for a brief period in late 2018 and Director of Human Resources at ServiceMax, from February 2014 to July 2018. Sejal began the career in the financial sector, working as an HR and Finance Leader at both Encore Software Services and Cyber Professionals, Inc., and as a Sr. Trader and Trader in fixed income securities earlier in the career. Sejal holds an MBA in Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
