The executive team at HiQ has a long history of working in advertising and marketing. They have worked as account directors at Søder Reklambyrå and New Normal, and as a copywriter at Haus. They have also worked as an information officer/project manager at Mälardalen University. They have degrees in informationsdesign/textdesign from Mälardalen University and marketing from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC).
