Olga Orlenok

Olga Orlenok began their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst at Research Institute of Automation Facilities. In 2007, they moved to EPAM Systems as a Junior Software Engineer (.NET/ C#). In 2008, they became a Junior Software Engineer (MS Dynamics AX) at C&I Partners. In 2009, they joined Beeline Russia as a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer. In 2011, they were hired by life:) Belarus (CJSC Belarussian Telecommunication Network) as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analysis Manager/ Team Lead (Head of Subscriber Services Delivery Unit). In 2018, they were appointed as Head of Business Analysis and Senior Business Analyst at HiQo Solutions, Inc.

Olga Orlenok obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technologies in Automated Systems from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics between 2000 and 2005. In 2017, they earned their Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). In 2021, they obtained their ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Ownership from ICAgile.
