Victoria Minich

Victoria Minich has worked at two companies, HiQo Solutions, Inc. since 2016 and EffectiveSoft since 2014. At HiQo Solutions, Inc. they have held the role of Business Analyst. At EffectiveSoft, they have held the role of Business Development Manager, where they have been responsible for providing full cycle custom application development, ODC staffing, software consulting and systems integration. EffectiveSoft holds an ISO 9001 Certificate and Microsoft Gold Certificate and has 250+ employees, out of which 150+ are developers.

Victoria Minich obtained their Business Analyst degree from IT Academy in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from Minsk State Linguistic University in International and Intercultural Communication, Translation Studies, and Foreign Economics, graduating in 2014.
