Sonya Buckley

Sonya Buckley is the current Chief People Officer at Hire Dynamics. Sonya has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry. Sonya started their career as a Branch Manager at Randstad NA in 1995 and held that position for seven years. In 2002, they became the Branch Manager at Spherion and held that position for two years. In 2004, they joined Hire Dynamics as the Vice President of Recruiting and was promoted to Chief People Officer in 2010.

Sonya Buckley has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration- Corporate Risk Mgmt with an emphasis in Marketing from Penn State University.

Sonya Buckley reports to Billy Milam, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Scott Roth - SVP, Major Accounts, Will Costolnick - CFO, and Jon Neff - Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer.
