Rajini Bollimpalli is a seasoned US IT Recruiter with extensive experience in staffing and bench sales. Currently serving as a US IT Recruiter at Hire IT People, Inc since January 2017, Rajini has successfully planned new business activities and developed effective sales and recruiting strategies. Prior to this, Rajini held the position of Sr US IT Recruiter at X-istech from June 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included posting resumes and managing client inquiries. Additionally, as a Sr IT Recruiter at Canopy One Solutions Inc from February 2011 to April 2014, Rajini managed the entire recruitment lifecycle and led a team of recruiters.
