Gretchen Schwartz PHR

Gretchen Schwartz PHR has held various roles in the HR field since 2017. Gretchen was a Senior HR Talent Specialist/Team Lead (Consultant) at Dude Solutions from 2017 to 2018. Gretchen then moved to Lenovo as a Talent Acquistion Partner from 2018 to 2019. During that same time, they were a Global Talent Acquisition- FLC Recruiter at NetApp. In 2019, they became a Strategic Advisor at PSG Inc. and in 2020, they took on the role of Chief Talent Advocate/Board President (Volunteer) at Hire Powers Networks. Gretchen was a Talent Acquisition Strategy and Program Development Consultant at Adwerx from 2020 to 2021 and at Foodsmart from 2021 to 2022. Gretchen is currently a SCOT Client Lead/Closing Recruiter at Amazon.

Gretchen Schwartz obtained their Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from UC San Diego. Gretchen then went on to earn their Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University. In February 2015, they obtained their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
