Ben Frasher

Ben Frasher is the Director of Customer Success at Hire Velocity. Ben has over 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, and customer relationship management. Prior to their current role, they were a Customer Success Manager III (Enterprise) at CareerBuilder, where they were responsible for renewals and expansions for a portfolio of customers. Ben has also worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Alfresco, where they were responsible for renewals, growth, best practices, and customer advocacy. Ben is passionate about helping customers succeed and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.

Ben Frasher earned their bachelor's degree in hospitality administration/management from The Ohio State University. Ben also has a high school diploma in business administration and management from Milton High School.

Ben Frasher reports to Marques Smith, COO. They are on a team with and Nikki Pearson - VP, RPO. and Briene Simmons - Customer Success Lead reports to Ben Frasher.
