Luiza Avetisyan, PhD, PMP®

Luiza Avetisyan, PhD, PMP® has an extensive and varied work experience. Luiza is currently the Founder and CEO of Fempower, an organization focused on empowering women to pursue successful careers and businesses. Additionally, they are the Co-Founder and Chief of Growth at Moossah Wines, where they aim to showcase the essence of Armenia through their wines.

In 2020, Luiza co-founded Hirebee.ai, a deep tech startup specializing in talent acquisition. Prior to that, they held the position of Co-Founder at staff.am, where they oversaw product development and marketing strategy.

Luiza also has experience in academia, working as a Visiting Professor at European Regional in 2019. In 2020, their startup was accepted into the UC Berkeley SkyDeck program, providing their with access to mentors and advisors.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Luiza held various roles at HSBC. These included Head of Customer Value Management in the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Department, Products and Propositions Officer, Business Development Projects Officer, and Regional e-Channels Manager.

Luiza Avetisyan, PhD, PMP®, received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Engineering Technology, General from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. In addition to their PhD, they have obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX, and Introduction to Python for Data Science from edX. Luiza obtained their PMP certification in March 2018 and completed the Power BI and Python for Data Science courses in June 2017 and May 2017, respectively.
