Valeria Aguerri

Valeria Aguerri is an experienced entrepreneur and consultant with a strong background in technology, marketing, and business development. As the Founder and CEO of HireBoost since January 2021, Valeria assists companies in recruiting top talent in Latin America while helping professionals secure remote jobs. Valeria also serves as a Consultant for Top Talent Costa Rica and has been an active member and speaker for Latinas in Tech, which focuses on empowering Latina women in the tech industry. Previous roles include Team Lead at OPINATOR, Advisory Board Member at IIB Council, and contributions to organizations such as Prospanica and Dress for Success Austin. Valeria holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of New Orleans, as well as a Master in B2B SaaS Sales Management from Nuclio Digital School.
