Sean Deavila

Sean DeAvila currently holds the position of Head of Strategy and Client Delivery at Hired by Matrix, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, Sean served as Chief Revenue Officer at Alternative Claims Management, where the focus was on helping organizations recover the true value of their damaged fleet and equipment. Sean's extensive experience includes roles such as GLG Certified Consultant at Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc., Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Workforce Logiq, Director of Sales at BayForce, and Senior Manager at Sapient. Sean began a career in sales at MPS Group, developing new IT accounts. Educationally, Sean earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
