Jake Reed

Jake Reed has extensive experience in product management and design. Jake started their career at Spiceworks as a Product Designer and later became the Product UX Lead, overseeing a team of six designers. Jake then joined thirteen23 as a Senior Product Designer, where they worked with major brands and gained insights into various industries. After that, they joined XO Group Inc. as a Product Manager and later became a Senior Product Manager, leading the development of new consumer-facing products and implementing improvements to increase user engagement. Jake then joined InVision as a Senior Product Manager and held various roles, including Group Product Manager and Director of Product, Freehand, before becoming the Vice President of Product Management. Under their leadership, InVision successfully transitioned into a full enterprise team collaboration platform, leading to a successful acquisition by Miro. Currently, Jake works at Hired as the Director of Product Management.

Jake Reed earned a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Photography, Art History, and Architecture from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. In 2016, they attended General Assembly to further their knowledge in Product Management and Networking, but did not pursue a degree.
