Kosta Bolgov

Kosta Bolgov has a diverse work experience in product management. Kosta started as an Associate in Global Product at Vista in 2010 and gradually moved up to become a Senior Specialist. In 2013, they joined Wayfair as a Product Manager and later became a Senior Product Manager. In 2017, they took a sabbatical during which they traveled and pursued personal projects. Upon their return, they joined InVision as a Product Manager and progressed to become a Senior Product Manager, Group Product Manager, Director, and eventually the Senior Director of Product Management. Kosta led product teams and was responsible for developing collaboration tools, AI innovations, and integrations. In October 2023, Kosta will begin working as a Principal Product Manager at Hired.

Kosta Bolgov received an Associate of Science degree in Business from Quinsigamond Community College in 2008. Kosta then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with Departmental Honors in Marketing, from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2010, achieving Summa Cum Laude honors.
