Amy Sherman is the Head of Customer Success at hireEZ. Amy has over 4 years of experience in management and business development.

Amy started their career at Starbucks as a Reserve Bar Assistant Manager. Amy was quickly promoted to Shift Supervisor and then to Assistant Manager. Amy was responsible for developing training materials and conducting workshops for their team of 25 baristas and supervisors. Amy also mentored two shift supervisors, helping them to get promoted to the assistant manager role.

In their role as assistant manager, Amy excelled in meeting sales goals, managing store productivity, and delegate tasks among their team. Amy was also responsible for processing payroll and creating the weekly schedule.

After Starbucks, Amy worked at Coral Genomics as a Business Development Associate. In this role, they were responsible for prospecting and reaching out to industry leaders to establish potential business partnerships. Amy also conducted market research to navigate the pharmaceutical and biotech industry trends. In addition, they managed company expenses and kept the budget on track.

Amy's experience in management and business development has helped their to excel in their current role as Head of Customer Success at hireEZ.

Amy Sherman started their educational career by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences/Nutrition from Arizona State University. Amy then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Creative Writing (Fiction) from Southern New Hampshire University. Amy is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University San Marcos.

They work with and Jason Xiao - Head of Account Management. Their manager is Mike Poarch, Chief Revenue Officer.
