Mike Bachety

Mike Bachety has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mike began their career in 2007 as a Store Manager at CVS Health, where they worked until 2017. After that, they joined Pareto Law as a Pareto Law Graduate. In 2017, they began working at Microsystems as a Business Development Representative and later transitioned to Litera Microsystems, where they held roles such as Business Development Manager and Manager, Pre-Sales Operations. In 2019, Mike took on the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Proseeder, where they were responsible for developing and customizing a SaaS-based operating system. In 2021, they joined hireEZ (previously Hiretual) as a Sales Enablement Manager and later became the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and Enablement. Currently, they hold the position of Revenue Operations and Enablement Director at the same company.

Mike Bachety attended Briarcliffe College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
