Lester Gibson

Lester Gibson currently serves as the Head of Product at hireful, where responsibilities include leading the product team and managing the roadmap for the application tracking system since February 2020. Prior to this role, Lester was the Head of Product Development at EasyWeb Group (now hireful ltd) from October 2013 to February 2020, overseeing the design and management of the EasyWeb ATS. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Team Leader, focusing on project management and technical support, as well as a Customer Experience Consultant, implementing and testing the customized Applicant Tracking System. Lester holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Games Programming from De Montfort University, completed in 2013.
