David Cooper currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at HireGenics, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Cooper was the CEO of High5, leading a global digital talent platform, and played a key role in the integration of the talent marketplace acquisition, Talmix. As President of Opptly from October 2020 to February 2024, Cooper developed and led various sales strategies and channel partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Geometric Results, Inc., where Cooper was responsible for building the MSP sales organization, and as Vice President of Global Sales at Genesys Talent, where overall company strategy and market entry initiatives were directed.
