Kristen McArdle

Kristen McArdle is an accomplished leader in client success and operational excellence with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Client Success and MSP Practice Leader at HireGenics since January 2023, Kristen previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Brightfield from May 2014 to December 2022, as well as Senior Vice President of Product Operations and Head of Consulting Services. Prior experience includes Vice President of Quality and Best Practices at IQNavigator, where Kristen led the Best Practices department and provided strategic consulting on contingent workforce solutions. Additional roles include Director at Ensemble-Chimes and Senior Technical Recruiter at Computer Horizons. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Management in Technology from the University of Washington.
