Michael D'Souza has worked in various roles since 2003. Michael began their career at Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd as a Sales Executive - Outbound. In 2003, they joined IBM Global Process Services as a Lead, where they were responsible for training and mentoring new hires and conducting performance reviews. In 2007, they moved to Times Business Solutions Ltd. as an Assistant Manager - Magicbricks, where they were responsible for setting up the first ever IVR driven customer helpdesk and managing moderation and transcription activities. In 2009, they joined One97 Communications Pvt. Ltd. as a Program Manager - Engineering Division (ARPU), where they played a pivotal role in streamlining and automating alerts system for Paytm and VAS products at a Pan India level. In 2013, they moved to Gaana as a Sr. Product Manager, where they managed product roadmap for subscriptions for mobile and web platforms. In 2020, they joined AgroStar as the Head of Product. Most recently, in 2022, they joined HireHunch as the VP Product.

Michael D'Souza obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Delhi University between 1999 and 2002, a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal between 1999 and 2002, and a PGDIB in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2005 and 2007.
