Glenn Brown

Glenn Brown has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Glenn is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Kiln since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SIX Digital Exchange from April 2020 to April 2023, first as a Product Lead and then as Head of Product.

Before joining SIX Digital Exchange, Glenn was the Head of Product & Customer Success at DrumG Technologies from September 2019 to April 2020. Glenn played a dual role in business/product strategy and client engagement, building relationships with global financial institutions and leading the development of an OTC Consensus Service.

Glenn also has a long history with Mimecast, where they held various roles over a span of 11 years. Glenn served as a Senior Product Manager from April 2015 to September 2018, leading the archiving and data resilience product group. Glenn brought strategic innovation to Mimecast's data archiving portfolio and oversaw the product roadmap. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager from April 2011 to March 2015.

At Mimecast, Glenn also held managerial positions, including Director of Service Delivery for both North America and Europe. In these roles, they implemented global standards and processes, collaborated with regional teams, and managed budgets. Glenn led the expansion of the North American Service Delivery team from 3 to 12 members.

Earlier in their career, Glenn worked as a Programme Manager at Wavex Technology from June 2004 to January 2007, and as a Systems Operator at Jupiters from 2002 to 2003.

Glenn Brown's education history includes an Executive Education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018, where they completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme. Glenn also holds a Diploma in Information Technology - Network Engineering from Southbank Institute, which they obtained between 2000 and 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Glenn Brown has obtained several certifications. Glenn received the Power Business School certification from ThePower Business School in March 2023. In January 2023, they obtained a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io. In February 2021, they completed The Power MBA program offered by ThePowerMBA. Glenn also holds a PMC Level IV certification from Pragmatic Institute, which they obtained in July 2020. Glenn Brown has further completed a FinTech Law and Policy course on Coursera in November 2018. In September 2017, they obtained certifications in Certified EU GDPR Foundation and Certified EU GDPR Practitioner from IT Governance Europe Ltd. Lastly, in February 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance.
