Shivani Saini has a background in business analysis and technical support. Shivani began their career at IBM in 2018 as a Technical Support Representative, where they worked until December 2019. In 2020, they joined IQVIA India as a Senior Service Desk Analyst for one year. In 2021, they worked at Accrete Globus Technology as a Business Analyst for nine months. Currently, they are employed at HirePro as a Senior Business Analyst starting from May 2022.

Shivani Saini's education history begins with their schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed 1st to 10th grade. Following that, they attended Sri Chaitanya College of Education from 2012 to 2014, studying 11th and 12th grade.
