Mary Shea, PhD, is a seasoned leader in sales, marketing, and technology with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the General Manager for North America and Global Chief Evangelist at HireQuotient, a pioneering AI-driven recruiting firm, Mary is dedicated to enhancing recruitment processes and fostering meaningful interactions among stakeholders. Previous positions include Co-CEO at Mediafly, VP Global Innovation Evangelist at Outreach, and Principal Analyst at Forrester. Mary has also founded The RevvEx Group and held C-level roles at InContext Solutions and Frontier Strategy Group, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving revenue growth and implementing strategic initiatives. Mary holds a Bachelor of Music from Boston University, a Master of Music from the University of Idaho, and a PhD in Musicology and Ethnomusicology from Kent State University Hugh A.
