Jeff Perry

Jeff Perry has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Jeff started their career as a Revenue Agent at the Internal Revenue Service, where they independently planned and executed audit engagements for various tax returns. Jeff then moved on to work as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ireland San Filippo & Co. LLC, providing tax compliance and consulting services to large businesses and individuals.

Jeff later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Senior Associate in the Tax Practice, performing tax accounting services for technology companies. Jeff then worked at AudioBase, Inc as an Assistant Controller, responsible for the company's general accounting operations.

After that, Jeff managed the general accounting and tax functions at WaveSplitter Technologies, Inc as the Manager of Accounting and Taxation. Jeff then served as a Tax Manager at Atlas Air, Inc, overseeing federal, state, and foreign tax compliance functions.

Jeff's next role was as a Senior Tax Manager at Terex Corporation, where they implemented a global tax provision process and managed global income tax accounting.

Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Tax at HireRight, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. In this executive-level role, they are responsible for worldwide tax planning and strategy, as well as managing the company's tax department.

Jeff Perry received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from San Francisco State University in 1991. Jeff later obtained a Master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1998.
