Julie Romero

Julie Romero is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Chief HR Officer at HireRight since June 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Global People Strategy at WPP from October 2019 to July 2022 and Director of Human Capital at Navigant between June 2015 and September 2019, where leadership involved overseeing HR for the largest business segment. Julie's career began at Accenture, spanning from 1998 to 2015, with roles including Global HR Business Partner/Talent Strategist and Outsourcing Program Management Lead, where innovation and talent management were key focuses. Earlier experience includes serving as an Organization Development Consultant at Walt Disney World from 2001 to 2002 and as a Talent & Organization Consulting Manager at Accenture.
