Krista Arellano

Krista Arellano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Krista is currently working at HireRight as the Director of Business Data Insights, Solutions, and Engagement. Prior to this, they worked as an Engagement Manager in the Enterprise Data Management Team at HireRight. Before joining HireRight, Krista founded Laguna Sound, a recording studio and music academy startup. Krista also worked as an Education Program Creator and After School Teacher at Laguna Beach Unified School District. In addition, Krista was self-employed as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Ingram Micro, including Corporate Director Strategic Planning and Community Relations, Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives in the Office of CIO, and Engagement Manager in Business Technology Services. Krista also worked as the Director of Production & Web Development and Engagement Leader at Red Sky. Krista started their career at New Media Corp in International Sales.

Krista Arellano earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, completing their studies from 1989 to 1993.
