Nia Roane

Nia Roane is a seasoned professional in operations and strategy management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategy Operations and Staffing Operations + Culture at Tend since December 2021. Tend focuses on redefining staffing solutions in the hospitality sector by connecting reliable workers with reputable businesses. Prior to this role, Nia held various positions at Signify Technology, Fama Technologies Inc., and other organizations, developing expertise in operations management and product experience. Nia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Arizona State University and a certificate in Broadcast Media Arts from Specs@LTU, complemented by recent studies at the Flatiron School.
