Niko Porkka is an experienced executive with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and business development. Currently serving as the Group CEO of Finesta since February 2022, Niko has significantly contributed to the company's evolution as a leading provider of cross-border temporary staff across Europe. Co-founding Talentbyte and hirevel, Niko has focused on innovative recruitment solutions and the smarter sourcing of IT professionals through advanced algorithms and AI. With a notable history that includes roles as Co-Founder of Future Dialog and SHUUT app, and CEO at Discotec, Niko's multifaceted experience spans mobile app development, digital service design, and strategic market intelligence. Earlier positions include Senior Manager at Global Intelligence Alliance and Sales & Account Manager at BrandSon Oy. Niko is a graduate of Deutsche Schule Helsinki.
