Joshua Liff

Joshua Liff has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Joshua is currently the Director of Research & Development at IOP Science in HireVue. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of Assessment Research and a Senior IO Psychologist at the same company. Joshua also worked as a Senior Consultant at Oracle, where they designed and validated pre-employment assessments across different industries. Before that, they served as a Consultant at Taleo. Joshua started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University, where they conducted experiments related to user perceptions of risk. Joshua also worked as a Project Coordinator and Developer in the Virtual Workforce Assessment Network at the same university. Additionally, they gained experience as a Graduate Student Intern at Sun Microsystems, where they focused on organizational development and job analysis.

Joshua Liff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from SUNY New Paltz in 2004. Joshua then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, graduating in 2010.
