Kimberly Simms is the Sr. VP of Customer Success at HireVue. Kimberly is responsible for leading HireVue’s Customer Success efforts, relentless about ensuring customers drive the greatest value from their partnership with HireVue.

Before she joined HireVue, Kimberly served as a VP of Customer Success at Anaplan, where she led and facilitated the success of Anaplan customers throughout the solution delivery lifecycle including post go-live adoption & success. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Atmospheric Science with an emphasis in Mathematics from The University of Kansas, and possesses nearly 20 years of experience in leadership and program management from her time at IBM, Trigo Technologies, and Andersen Consulting.
