Lauren Lucyshyn has accumulated extensive experience in professional services and human resources, primarily at HireVue, where roles have included Senior Director of Professional Services for EMEA and APAC and Director of API Integrations Consulting. In these positions, Lauren has acted as a strategic business partner, helping clients leverage digital interviewing and assessment platforms for successful deployment. Prior to HireVue, Lauren held key HR leadership roles at Innovative Analytics & Training and Absolute Business Solutions, managing recruitment, retention, and operational initiatives. Lauren began a career in human resources at Triton Security Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University.
