Matt Wavro

Matt Wavro has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Matt began their career at Purdue University, where they worked as a Library Reference Assistant and a Political Science Graduate Student. During this time, they also served as a Research Assistant in Agricultural Economics and the Human Research Participant Protection Program. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Political Science.

After their time at Purdue University, Matt Wavro joined FBR as an HR Coordinator, later transitioning to the role of HR Generalist. In this position, they managed various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Matt also played a key role in developing department goals and improving efficiency.

Currently, they hold the position of Regional Vice President in the National Security Practice, where they are responsible for strategic planning and product development.
