Paige Guide (Weissenhofer)

Paige Guide (Weissenhofer) has worked in Human Resources since 2015. Paige began their career at Hilton Chicago as a Customer Service Coordinator in 2015. In 2016, they moved to Hilton - Conrad Hotels & Resorts as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they were responsible for end to end recruitment of 200+ hotel staff and onboarding of new team members. In 2018, they moved to Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile as a Talent & Culture Coordinator, where they assisted with overseeing the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department and recruited for all positions and onboarded new Ambassadors. In 2019, they moved to Nobu Hotel Chicago as a Human Resources Manager, where they were part of the pre-opening team and owned the full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding and training for over 40 staff members. In 2021, they moved to Northwestern Mutual as a Recruiter and in 2022, they moved to Hirewell as a Recruiter and Sourcer for Human Resources.

Paige Guide (Weissenhofer) attended Eastern Illinois University from 2011 to 2015 where they studied Hospitality Management/Business Administration.
