Ciera Wise

Ciera Wise, PHR, currently serves as Site Lead for the Employment Navigation Partnership Program at Serco, providing leadership and site management support while training and mentoring fellow Employment Navigators. Additionally, Ciera holds the position of Volunteer Program Manager for Hiring Our Heroes, managing social media platforms and enhancing member engagement through resource-sharing. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist in Recruitment and Placement at the Department of the Navy Office of Civilian Human Resources and various positions at Dot Foods, culminating in expertise in corporate recruiting. Ciera earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Illinois State University between 2015 and 2018.
