Erin Johnson

Erin Johnson is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including defense, nonprofit, and government services. Currently serving as Managing Director of Marketing and Communications at BlueForge Alliance, Erin drives initiatives to enhance the defense industrial base. Previous roles include Marketing Strategy Lead at Amentum, where Erin collaborated with business leaders to support strategic goals, and Vice President of Business Partnerships at the V Foundation, where Erin developed partnerships to further missions against cancer. Erin's leadership at Hire Heroes USA encompassed roles from Director of Growth to Marketing and Development Manager, focusing on veteran employment and resource development. Earlier experiences include program management for the USO and service in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and two undergraduate degrees in International Relations and Affairs.
