Ezinne Okpo

Ezinne Okpo has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ezinne is currently working as the General Counsel at Hiro Systems, starting in May 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at TechGC, starting in 2019. Ezinne served as a Steering Committee Member from June 2021 and also as a Charter Member from November 2019. From July 2020 to May 2022, they were the VP, Legal at Reonomy, where they led the company through an acquisition. Ezinne also worked as a Corporate Counsel from November 2019 to July 2020, managing various legal aspects of the company. Earlier in their career, they were an Associate at both Loeb & Loeb LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP, specializing in media and technology transactions and intellectual property. Ezinne also served as a Corporate Associate at Mayer Brown from 2013 to 2015, where they advised biotech companies on strategic collaborations and license agreements. Ezinne began their legal career as a Summer Associate at Mayer Brown and Locke Lord LLP. Additionally, they have interned at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and the Center for American Progress, gaining experience in external affairs and policy research.

Ezinne Okpo completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2006 and 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained a JD degree. The field of study for their JD degree is not specified.
