Brooke Willey

Brooke Willey has a strong background in human resources and retail store operations. Brooke is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hirschbach since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked for CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. as the VP of Human Resources from February 2010 to December 2022. Brooke also held key positions at Yellow Book USA, including Associate VP of Employee Relations/Corporate Staffing from November 2007 to February 2010 and Director of Employee Relations/Corporate Staffing from March 2001 to November 2007. Brooke'searly career was spent at Target Stores, where they worked for 11 years and held the role of Store Team Leader/General Manager, with ultimate responsibility for retail store operations and over 400 employees.

Brooke Willey holds a B.A. degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
