Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson has extensive experience in management and production supervision, currently serving as a Manager at Hirsh Industries, LLC since 1989. Responsibilities include overseeing Press Supervision, Production Control, Engineering Team operations, Shipping, and Paint Supervision, as well as managing purchasing activities and participating as a safety team member. Previously, Michael worked at Campbell Soup Company from 1982 to 1989 as a Production Supervisor, where duties involved supervising food processing teams of 10 to 40 individuals and handling production reporting. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Delaware State University, completed from 1980 to 1985, and attended the University of Delaware in 1978-1979, having graduated from Smyrna High School.
