George Caillouette has extensive work experience in various management roles. George started their career as an Operations Manager at Industrial Dielectrics, Inc., where they successfully implemented an inventory reduction plan and improved union and management relations. George then progressed to become the Plant Manager, overseeing all manufacturing operations and aligning them with business objectives.
