George Caillouette

George Caillouette has extensive work experience in various management roles. George started their career as an Operations Manager at Industrial Dielectrics, Inc., where they successfully implemented an inventory reduction plan and improved union and management relations. George then progressed to become the Plant Manager, overseeing all manufacturing operations and aligning them with business objectives.

Caillouette later joined Lewis University as an MBA Adjunct Professor, where they taught units of instruction within the College of Business MBA program. George created a conducive learning environment for students and maintained accurate attendance and scholastic records.

George moved on to Alliance Glass and Metal as the Production Manager, responsible for directing production, fabrication, and product flow. George also led the implementation of lean and ISO standards.

Currently, Caillouette is working at Hisco as the VP of Fabrication. George'sroles have included being the Director of Precision Converting and the Fabrication Operations Manager. In these positions, they provided leadership in overall management and performance, facilitated facility management duties, and represented the company to various stakeholders.
