Casey Duffy

Casey Duffy is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Staff Attorney in the Appeals Program at Hiscock Legal Aid Society since May 2023 and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP from November 2019 to October 2022 and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from September 2014 to July 2017. Casey also held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court from September 2017 to August 2019. A former Legislative Correspondent and Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives from June 2009 to January 2011, Casey Duffy obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University.
