Marie Gilis

Marie Gilis currently serves as an Avocate-stagiaire at Lexing since September 2021. Prior experience includes a position in Sales Business Development at Destiny NV/SA from November 2020 to July 2021 and various roles in the service industry, such as Serveuse at Le Chavignol and a position at McDonald's. In February to May 2020, Marie represented UCLouvain in the Pax Moot Court 2020, focusing on international private law, where responsibilities included drafting conclusions and pleadings. Marie also held positions as Sénatrice and Présidente de commission at Jeugd Parlement Jeunesse vzw and worked as Conseillère d’Etat in March 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master en droit from Université catholique de Louvain, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor in Law from the same institution from 2015 to 2019, with earlier education at Collège Saint François Xavier 1.
