Sharmila Roy Lovely

Sharmila Roy Lovely is a Law Associate at Hiscock Legal Aid Society since August 2023, following a distinguished career in the Bangladesh Judicial Service from January 2010 to May 2023. During this time, Sharmila served in various roles, including Senior Assistant Judge, Special Metropolitan Magistrate, and Senior Judicial Magistrate. Sharmila has extensive legal experience, having also been an Assistant Judge and Judicial Magistrate, as well as holding the position of Attached Officer at the Ministry of Law. Sharmila's education includes a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Chittagong, as well as a Master of Environmental Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Chittagong.
