Emily Santer

Emily Santer is currently the Group Operations and Change Director at Hiscox since February 2020. Prior to this, Emily served as the Head of Strategy & Business Development - Europe, Middle East, Africa & Global Bank at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and as the Head of Executive Office and Corporate Development at AXA UK. Emily also has experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO at AXA and as a Strategy Development Consultant at AXA Wealth. Emily initially started their career at Lloyds TSB as a Sales Assistant. Emily holds a 2.1 degree in BA History from Cardiff University.
