Emily Santer

Emily Santer is the current Chief of Staff at Emily'scox. Prior to their current role, Emily served as the Head of Strategy & Business Development for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Global Banking at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from November 2018 to February 2020. In this role, Emily was responsible for leading the company's strategy and business development initiatives in these regions.

Before their time at Zurich, Emily was the Executive Assistant to the CEO at AXA from September 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for providing detailed briefing documents and critiques for all meetings, discussions, and presentations that the CEO participated in. Emily also managed all Board reports and communications for AXA.

Emily has a proven track record of being an effective leader and problem solver in various roles. Her experience has given their a well-rounded skillset that they use to benefit Emily'scox in their current role as Chief of Staff.

Emily Santer studied history at Cardiff University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

They are on a team with Tom Shewry - CFO, Emily'scox UK & Emily'scox Insurance Company, Stéphane Flaquet - Group Chief Operations & Technology Officer, and James Millard - Chief Investment Officer. Emily Santer reports to Aki Hussain, CEO.
