Sharon Dunning

Sharon Dunning is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Operations and Culture at Hiscox since December 2019. Prior to this role, Sharon held positions as HR Operations Manager and HR Advisor at Hiscox Insurance, managing a centralized shared service function across eight countries and overseeing the HR platform Workday. Sharon's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Administrator at Hiscox, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment for a new customer experience center. From September 1997 to March 2013, Sharon was the Assistant Head of Asset at Goole High School, focusing on non-teaching business operations such as Finance, HR, Facilities, and Health and Safety.
