Mayahuel Gomez-O'Cadiz

Mayahuel Gomez-O'Cadiz's work experience includes a range of roles and responsibilities in various organizations. Mayahuel started their career in 2009 as a Script Translator at elegant mob films. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Summer Program Leader at THINK Together. In 2012, they served as a Development Intern at DARA (International Organization) and an English Language and Cultural Assistant at Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as an Admission and Finance Administrative Assistant at Saint Louis University, Madrid Campus. In 2015, they worked as an International Field Program Researcher and Community Organizer at The New School. Mayahuel also had roles as a Media Research Intern and Project Associate at Camino Public Relations in 2015 and as a Research and Evaluation Specialist, Strategic Research & Communications Analyst, Research & Communications Strategist, Deputy Director of Communications and Research, and currently as the Director of Communications and Research at Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) since 2017.

Mayahuel Gomez-O'Cadiz completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and International Studies, with a minor in Political Science, from Saint Louis University - Madrid Campus. Mayahuel attended the university from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Affairs from The New School, which they completed from 2014 to 2016.
