Brenda Gallegos

Brenda Gallegos has experience working as a Public Lands Manager at Hispanic Access Foundation, where Brenda oversees programs and campaigns impacting public lands in Southern New Mexico. Prior to this, Brenda held roles such as Associate Director at FRIENDS OF THE ORGAN MOUNTAINS-DESERT PEAKS WILDERNESS and Wildlife Biologist at New Mexico Specialized Wildlife Services. Brenda has a Master of Science in Range Science and Management from Sul Ross State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Biological Science from The University of Texas at El Paso. Brenda has also worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant, AmeriCorps Tribal Vista, Wildlife Technician, College Mentor, and Administrative Assistant.
